R&D, PoC and prototypes
Who can build a PoC and prototype for a new technology idea?
The short answer
TEVEL (תבל) runs an R&D practice for projects with no ready-made solution: technology research, feasibility studies, proofs of concept, prototypes and the path to a product — including AI, computer vision, IoT, learning systems and hardware–software integration. TEVEL leads the research, product, software and integration layers and assembles specialist engineers per project.
The process
Research → feasibility → proof of concept → prototype → engineering → production. Success criteria (e.g. accuracy, latency, cost per operation) are defined before the PoC, and the feasibility study ends with a clear GO / CONDITIONAL GO / NO-GO decision.
PoC vs product
A PoC proves the core technical idea is possible. A production product needs additional layers of UX, security, reliability, scalability, monitoring and maintenance — and TEVEL is transparent about which stage a project is in.
Who it fits
Companies developing a new product, businesses with a problem no SaaS solves, founders who need to prove feasibility, organizations connecting software to hardware or building a tailored learning system.
More questions
Can we come with just an idea?+
Yes. R&D exists exactly for situations where the solution isn't defined yet.
Is TEVEL a robotics company?+
Not in the sense of a manufacturer specialized in every engineering layer. TEVEL leads product, software, AI and integration and works with hardware, mechanical and electronics specialists as needed.
Can every idea be built?+
No — that's why there's feasibility and PoC. Serious R&D can also conclude 'not worth building'.
